LG Displays Future Tech at ISE 2026: A Focus on the Hotel Zone

LG presented its latest commercial hardware and software at ISE 2026. This exhibition highlighted recent innovation from LG in the display sector. The company now provides a service that combines screens with AI software. This strategy moves away from selling hardware alone. It focuses on a system where digital tools and screens work together.

The Hotel Zone: Better Stays for Guests

The Hotel Zone was a central part of the exhibit. This area showed how technology changes the way you manage a hotel. Guests can use a 165 cm hotel TV to stream their own movies. LG added support for Apple AirPlay and Google Chromecast to these units. This lets guests watch their personal content on a large screen without complicated setups.

The software also helps your staff. The Pro:Centric Cloud platform manages guest requests and check-ins. It allows you to update room menus or local guides on 500 screens at the same time. This system links with hotel management apps to speed up service. If a guest orders room service, the screen sends the data directly to the kitchen. This saves time and reduces errors for your team.

Smart Operations and AI

The Alpha 11 AI processor runs these new displays. This chip analyzes video signals to fix low resolution and balance colors. It also manages power usage. The AI dims the screen in empty rooms or adjusts brightness based on the sun. This helps you save money on energy bills without manual effort.

LG also showed the LG Business Cloud. This platform lets you manage signage networks from a remote office. You can track the health of every screen in your building. The system monitors temperature and performance. If a unit fails, it sends an alert to your phone. This helps you fix problems before your guests notice them.

Hardware Options for Every Space

LG showed several categories of screens. The table below lists the technical specifications for the main hardware options at the event.

Technology

  • LG MAGNIT

  • E-Paper

  • Transparent OLED

  • Diagnostic Monitor

Main Use

  • Boardrooms

  • Hallways

  • Retail

  • Healthcare

Metric Feature

  • 345 cm size with 0.6 mm pixel pitch

  • 17.8 mm thickness and 3 kg weight

  • 45 percent transparency for overlays

  • 80 cm screen with high brightness

The MAGNIT Micro LED is a highlight for corporate spaces. It uses Line-to-Dot (LTD) technology to isolate pixel errors. If one pixel fails, the error stays as a single dot. It does not affect a whole line of pixels. This guarantees a clear image for your presentations.

Innovation in Retail and Culture

The K-Culture zone at the booth showed a 4.2 by 5.6 meter LED tower. This installation used a transparent mesh LED that moves up and down. Retailers can use this to grab attention in malls. LG also introduced SoundCast. This tool uses inaudible frequencies to send digital coupons to a guest’s phone as they walk past a screen.

LG used recycled plastics for the frames of these displays. The company also reduced the weight of the packaging to lower shipping costs. These changes show a focus on efficiency. This technology makes it easier for you to grow your business tech as your needs change.
